The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the Digital & CRM Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in delivering the organisation's digital marketing program across website, social media, SEO and content execution. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who thrives in content creation, enjoys working across multiple digital touchpoints, and is passionate about creating engaging, customer-focused experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate end-to-end website content updates, ensuring an optimal customer experience
* Develop, curate and publish engaging social media content aligned to brand and campaign objectives
* Build and manage content calendars across website and social platforms
* Generate and manage user-generated content (UGC), including influencers, customers and internal teams
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source and amplify stories and campaigns
* Support development and execution of digital and social media strategy, including SEO initiatives
* Partner with external SEO and digital agencies to optimise performance
* Work closely with in‐house design to develop assets for digital campaigns
* Support website enhancement and optimisation projects
* Monitor performance, prepare reporting and provide actionable insights
* Stay across digital trends and innovation to continuously improve content effectiveness
About You
You are a proactive and detail‐oriented digital marketer with a growth mindset. You are confident in how you communicate and work with others. You enjoy balancing creativity with data and are confident working across multiple digital platforms.
You will bring
* 2+ years' experience in a similar digital marketing or content‐focused role
* Hands‐on experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)
* Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
* Experience creating content for social media platforms
* Basic video and image editing skills (Canva, Photoshop or similar)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisation and stakeholder management capabilities
* A solid understanding of the customer journey and digital touchpoints
* A degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
