ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Mixer at FISHBOWL, you'll be an ambassador of our core values. You will be responsible for providing personalised guest experiences, walking our customers through the menu and making wholesome salads from scratch.
Skills and experience
* A background working in food, restaurants, and/or customer experience (desirable, not but essential)
* Excellent communication skills
* A team player mindset and a positive can-do attitude
* Confidence working in a rapid-paced setting
* Experience as a quick and adaptable learner
* Accountability in upholding high standards.
Key responsibilities
* Make wholesome salads from scratch.
* Deliver superior customer service, to every customer, every time.
* Operate a point-of-sale (POS) register to complete customer transactions.
* Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu.
* Maintain critical standards of food quality, daily food safety, and sanitation.
* Live out FISHBOWL's people and culture standards by contributing to an excellent work culture.

Please note: junior rates apply as per the Fast Food Industry Award.

Pay: $33.19 – $39.83 per hour
