The Opportunity

Warrell & Reid is proud to partner with an established Australian‐owned mobility and vehicle rental business with more than 30 years of experience supporting corporate, government and travel industry customers across Australia.

Following a recent multi‐state government supply panel win, the business is now focused on converting this strategic position into long‐term commercial growth.

This is not a maintenance role.

This is a high‐impact commercial role where you will take ownership of a newly secured panel, build relationships across government, enterprise and travel partners, and drive real revenue outcomes.

The Role

You will take ownership of a portfolio spanning government agencies, enterprise customers and travel management companies (TMCs), with a clear mandate to drive utilisation and growth.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across procurement, operations and travel coordination functions, while partnering with major TMCs and distribution channels to influence booking behaviour and increase adoption.

Success in this role will come from your ability to influence a three‐way ecosystem:

* Government and enterprise buyers
* Travel management and booking channels
* Internal commercial and operational teams

You will be responsible for translating a strategic contract position into active revenue, partner engagement and long‐term commercial value.

Key Responsibilities

* Activate and grow a newly secured multi‐state government panel
* Build relationships across government agencies, councils and enterprise clients
* Partner with TMCs and booking channels to drive booking volume and visibility
* Develop and execute strategic account plans across government and enterprise portfolios
* Lead commercial negotiations across pricing, service structures and agreements
* Manage accounts end‐to‐end including performance reporting and ongoing engagement
* Identify opportunities to grow wallet share and expand the national portfolio

About You

You are a commercially minded operator who thrives in complex stakeholder environments and understands how large organisations buy, engage and scale supplier relationships.

You are likely to come from environments such as:

* Travel Management Companies (TMCs)
* Corporate travel, tourism or airline partnerships
* Fleet, mobility or transport services
* Logistics or service‐based B2B environments
* Government or enterprise account management

You bring:

* Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
* Confidence engaging senior decision‐makers across multiple layers
* Commercial acumen across pricing, negotiation and account growth
* A proactive mindset with a bias toward ownership and outcomes

This role is well suited to someone who has operated within or alongside travel, mobility or enterprise procurement environments and is ready to step into a more commercially accountable position.
