About You
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and senior leadership experience in aged care.
You will need to possess a deep understanding of clinical governance best practices, including exceptional knowledge of the aged care regulatory environment.
You will also require proven experience and capability in steering both clinical and quality teams toward strategic goals.
A passion for improving care outcomes and driving system-level change is essential.
