Join Our Team as an Enterprise Project Management Office Analyst
Location: Eight Mile Plains
Full-Time | 12-month contract
As our Enterprise Project Management Office Analyst, you’ll play a strategic and hands-on role supporting the success of major projects and initiatives. You’ll be responsible for monitoring portfolio performance, surfacing risks and benefits, and producing insights that drive executive-level decisions. You’ll work across business and technical teams to ensure delivery is structured, transparent and outcomes-focused.
This is not just a reporting or coordination role – you’ll be involved early in the lifecycle, helping shape current initiatives, standardise project governance, and embed best practices across the organisation. Using tools like Power BI, Excel, Jira and MS Project, you’ll track performance, identify trends and help leadership teams make confident, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on project performance, risks, issues and benefits across a diverse portfolio.
- Prepare insightful dashboards and updates for senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Support governance processes by ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Act as the first point of contact for new ideas – capturing, shaping and guiding them through our delivery process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, technical staff and business units.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and registers.
Skills & Experience
These are the capabilities and technical knowledge we’re looking for:
- Experience in a PMO, project support or business analyst role.
- Robust analytical skills with confidence in working with data.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Jira or MS Project is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Proven ability to prepare clear, concise reports and dashboards.
- Understanding of project fundamentals – risks, issues, benefits and governance processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (paid) – or willingness to obtain
- Current Working with Children Check (paid) – or willingness to obtain
