The Role

An experienced, organised, and proactive Office Coordinator is required to support daily business operations while contributing to customer engagement, sales support, and overall business performance in a fast-paced environment.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and is confident managing both administration and customer-facing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage accounts payable and receivable using Xero
* Manage social media advertising and online enquiries
* Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries
* Schedule bookings and coordinate jobs efficiently
* Prepare and issue quotes, invoices, and statements
* Maintain accurate data, records, and job information
* Provide sales support and follow up customer enquiries
* Use job management systems (including ServiceM8) to manage jobs and customer records
* General office coordination, filing, and document control
* Support management with reporting and day-to-day operations

About You

* 3–5 years' experience in an administration or office coordination role
* Strong experience using Xero, including invoicing and accounts management
* Experience using ServiceM8 desirable
* Confidence with social media advertising and online enquiries
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage a busy workload
* Sales or customer follow-up experience highly regarded
* Automotive industry experience desirable but not essential
