A Day in the Life:
* Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing optimisation of pricing strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Strategically manage key inventory levers, including departure dates and group sizes, to achieve maximum profitability.
* Anticipate and respond to foreign exchange fluctuations to mitigate financial risk and safeguard profitability.
* Identify and resolve pricing inconsistencies, capture margin opportunities, and translate data insights into clear, compelling business narratives.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies are fully aligned with product development and go-to-market plans.
Key Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in revenue management / pricing strategy, with a proven track record of success.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar.
Proven strategy development and implementation experience.
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex pricing strategies and influence diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely.
