About the role
Willoughby Glass is seeking an experienced Glazier to join our team in Chatswood, NSW on a part-time sub-contractor basis. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of various glass products, contributing to the overall success of our well-established glass and glazing business.
What you'll be doing
1. Install, repair and maintain a variety of glass products, including windows, doors, shower screens and mirrors
2. Measure, cut and fit glass panels with precision
3. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
4. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, in compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
5. Collaborate with team members to coordinate workflow and meet project deadlines
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
What we're looking for
1. Proven experience as a Glazier, with a minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in the field
2. Strong technical skills in measuring, cutting and installing various glass products
3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
4. Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
5. A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation with A-frame and tools
6. A commitment to safety and a willingness to work as part of a team
