As part of a dynamic and growing team, we are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our insolvency and restructuring practice. Key Responsibilities * To work across general litigation and insolvency matters with a broad range of clients including those in the Automotive and Franchising industries. * To assist clients with commercial agreements, property and leasing disputes, Corporations Law applications, Restrictive Trade Practices, injunctions and Administrations, Receiverships and Liquidations., 2-5 years PQE or 5-10+ PQE experience working in Insolvency/Restructuring area. An advantage would be some knowledge or familiarity with formal proceedings such as bankruptcy administration/receivership related issues., ,
