About the Role

We're seeking a high-calibre, top-tier CEO Associate / Analyst to work directly with our CEO / Co-Founder. This is a rare opportunity for a high-performing individual with a strong strategy and execution mindset—ideally from a leading management consulting background (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain or equivalent)—to step into a fast-paced, high-impact role at the centre of a scaling technology business.

You will operate as a true extension of the CEO: supporting strategy, driving execution, solving complex problems, and ensuring the business operates at peak effectiveness. You'll work across Product, Operations, Data, Sales, Finance, Marketing and more, gaining end-to-end exposure to how a high-growth company is built and scaled.


What You'll Do


Strategic Insight & Analysis

* Conduct research and analysis across markets, competitors, customers, and product to support strategic decisions.
* Build financial and commercial models to support new initiatives, investments, and business cases.
* Prepare clear, actionable insights and summaries for the CEO / Co-Founder and senior leadership.


Project Execution

* Drive cross-functional projects to ensure progress, alignment, and delivery of key priorities.
* Remove roadblocks, connect the dots between teams, and keep initiatives moving forward.
* Support quarterly planning, tracking of business metrics, and reporting on progress.


CEO Support & Enablement

* Assist with prioritisation and workflow management.
* Prepare agendas, briefing notes, follow-ups, and ensure the CEO is equipped for critical conversations.
* Draft internal and external communications, presentations, and proposals.


Stakeholder Engagement

* Collaborate with leaders across the business to gather information, solve problems, and align priorities.
* Engage with external partners, investors, clients, or suppliers where needed.
* Assist with preparation of board or investor materials.


Operations & Administration

* Help streamline processes and improve day-to-day operational efficiency.
* Support logistics and business coordination for the CEO.
* Undertake general administrative tasks and ad hoc responsibilities as required.


About You

You're a strong fit if you have:

* A background in top-tier management consulting (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain or equivalent), strategy, or a highly analytical corporate environment.
* A highly proactive self-starter who anticipates needs, identifies opportunities and risks early, and takes full ownership to drive outcomes end-to-end.
* Exceptional problem-solving ability with strong structured thinking and commercial acumen.
* Advanced financial, commercial, and analytical modelling skills.
* Executive-level communication capability — clear, concise, and influential across written and verbal formats.
* The ability to operate at pace, manage ambiguity, and balance multiple high-priority workstreams.
* High levels of maturity, discretion, and comfort handling sensitive and confidential information.
* Experience in, or strong exposure to, high-growth environments such as start-ups, scale-ups, SaaS or product-led technology businesses.
* Strong technical and productivity tool proficiency, including data analysis and presentation platforms.
* Intellectual curiosity and the ability to translate complex data into practical, actionable insight.
