ARRCS Nganampa Ngura Mutitjulu-nya Flexible Aged care facility - Located in Mutitjulu, Northern Territory are sourcing an experienced Hospitality Worker to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis working 38 hours per week on a rotating roster. This role is being offered at a penalty driven hourly rate of $28.26 - $30.34 / hour gross base depending on skills and experience plus salary packaging.
The role of Hospitality Worker will see you working amongst our three key areas of cleaning, laundry and kitchen hand.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working within multi departments and is always open and able to support other operational areas within the facility when required. You will be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision. You will understand the importance of your role and the impact it has on our residents.

Skills & experience
To be considered for this role, we will be looking at the following experience and qualifications:
- Ideally, previous experience in a cleaning environment, kitchen or laundry setting.
- Able to gain prior to commencement at Food Handlers Certificate.
- Ability to commit to rostered shifts and understanding of the impact on our elderly residents when allocated shifts are not completed.
- Ability to work well independently as well as with other team members.
- A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service.
- A motivated, enthusiastic, and positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
