Conveyancer Roles
We are seeking a Conveyancer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
* This role involves managing approximately 30 files, which is expected to grow to around 50 over time.
* You will have support from Virtual Assistants (VAS) and a shared assistant for tasks such as doc prep, data entry, follow-ups, conditions, unconditional work, title searches, etc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for settling files, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth and development of our business.
The Criteria:
* Experience as a Conveyancer/Settlement Agent is essential.
* A people person with the ability to connect and build trusting relationships.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
