We are looking for a driven and creative Junior–Mid Weight Graphic Designer / Marketing Assistant to join our team on a maternity leave contract, with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who is not only creatively strong but also willing to roll up their sleeves and support the wider team wherever needed.
About the Role
You will be responsible for supporting both the design and marketing functions of the business, delivering high-quality visual content while assisting with day-to-day marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and produce marketing materials across digital and print
* Assist with social media content creation and scheduling (Meta platforms)
* Maintain brand consistency across all assets
* Support campaign execution and marketing initiatives
* Assist with general marketing administration
* Help with on-the-ground tasks and manual work when required (e.g. preparing marketing collateral, signage, etc.)
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience managing or assisting with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute across all areas
