We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented marketing professional to support the Marketing Manager in implementing the centre's annual marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities
* Support the Marketing Manager in executing the annual marketing plan and calendar.
* Coordinate events and activations from concept development through to delivery.
* Create and schedule engaging content for social media, EDMs and the website.
* Collaborate with retailers, suppliers and community partners to drive engagement.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
* Assist with marketing administration, budget tracking and reporting.
* Ensure all marketing activity complies with brand and centre standards.
What We're Looking For
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing Communications or a related field (preferred).
* Minimum two years' experience in a marketing, events or communications role.
* Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress (or similar) for website content management.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite or equivalent design tools.
* Experience managing digital and social media campaigns.
* A proactive, creative and team‑oriented approach.
