Join us and be a part of DSV’s global family.DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Logistics Coordinator, Solutions in Kemps Creek.The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations across inbound, outbound, inventory control, and transport coordination. This role serves as a key link between the warehouse, customers, and transport providers—ensuring efficient movement of goods, accuracy in inventory and documentation, and high levels of service delivery. The role also includes administrative duties such as data entry, report generation, and billing, with a strong focus on accuracy, customer service, and operational compliance.Your typical day at DSV:Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely processing and stakeholder communication.Accurately enter data for orders, receipts, and consignments using internal systems (e.g., SAP or CargoWise One).Generate and manage shipping documentation including labels, packing lists, and consignment notes.Support inventory control through stock counts, discrepancy investigations, and reconciliations.Liaise with carriers for freight bookings, monitor delivery performance, and resolve transport-related issues.Experience handling or coordinating shipments involving Dangerous Goods (DG) is advantageous.Prepare and process customer invoicing and billing documentation in line with account requirements.Communicate proactively with internal departments and external customers regarding order status, delays, and service resolutions.Provide occasional operational support (e.g., labelling, pick/pack, palletising) where required to meet workflow demands.About you:2–3 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL coordination with strong operational understanding.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experienced in warehouse systems like SAP or CargoWise One.High attention to detail with excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach.DG (Dangerous Goods) handling knowledge and commitment to safety and continuous improvement are advantageous.Why DSV?Working at DSV means playing in a different league.As a global leader in transport and logistics, we have been on an extraordinary journey of growth.
