Role: Psychology Teacher (part-time) at Secondary Academy, Lewisham, Southeast London.
Contract: Part-time – 2 days a week, permanent.
Start date: January / April ****.
Annual salary: Enhanced MPS/UPS (inner London).
Aston Education is working with an Ofsted Good ***** oversubscribed secondary school seeking a permanent part-time Psychology Teacher to work on Thursdays and Fridays.
A full-time opportunity is also available for candidates who can deliver Sociology to GCSE and A level.

Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality Psychology lessons to classes covering GCSE and A Level.
Set an appropriate level of challenge for all abilities within lessons.
Contribute to thriving extracurricular activities already available.
Implement Gifted & Talented, SEN, and Assessment for Learning initiatives.
Support the Psychology department's objectives and collaborate with colleagues.
Qualifications:
Strong subject knowledge and vision to secure positive pupil outcomes.
Experience and/or interest in Gifted & Talented, SEN, and Assessment for Learning.
Commitment to safeguarding and safeguarding children and young people.
Enhanced DBS check required.
