The Marketing Manager - Personal Care role is a key position within the organization, responsible for driving marketing activities that ensure the long-term success of the Personal Care portfolio and retail categories.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies across all aspects of the marketing mix
* Drive innovation and execution to bring our Personal Care brands to life
* Develop and launch new products to enhance the marketing skills of the brand
* Support internal sales teams with go-to-market plans and category strategies
* Analyze and report on monthly scan and category sales data
* Manage brand media campaigns, including planning, creative development, reporting, and budgeting
Requirements:
* At least 1+ years of experience in brand management or a similar role
* Experience working with FMCG products and/or categories
* Solid understanding of marketing plans, including in-store and above-the-line media
* Ability to manage budgets and forecast marketing activities
* Excellent organization and project management skills
