Receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming fruit and vegetable deliveries 2. Maintaining well-presented and organised displays to showcase our produce 3. Monitoring stock levels and placing orders to replenish stock as needed 4. Providing exceptional customer service by offering advice and recommendations on our seasonal produce 5. Ensuring the store's fruit and vegetable section is clean, tidy, and adheres to health and safety standards 6. Collaborating with the wider retail team to support store operations and achieve sales targets What we're looking for 1. Previous experience ( 5+ years) in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the fruit and vegetable or grocery industry 2. Strong product knowledge and passion for fresh, high-quality produce 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers 4. Ability to work efficiently and effectively both independently and as part of a team 5. Commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment 6.
