* Manage day-to-day financials and operational standards to drive store performance
Requirements
* Proven retail management experience
* Demonstrated understanding of key performance indicators for a retail business
* Able to lead and develop high-performing teams
* Effective communication and motivational techniques to guide your team
* Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI, and stock loss targets
* Understanding of rostering and staff development
* Ability to train new staff and ensure they understand expectations
