Northern Adelaide Local Health Network – Modbury Hospital – Modbury Salary : $114,314 - $124,449 p.a. plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits – AHP4 Ongoing Full-Time About the Role: The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an experienced Allied Health Professional to join us as a Senior Manager for the Rehabilitation in the Home service. The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia. The Senior Manager is one of four Senior Managers within the Northern Adelaide Rehabilitation Service (NARS). NARS provides: Inpatient Rehabilitation - 52 beds Modbury Hospital Rehabilitation in the Home (RITH) - 30 virtual community ‘beds’ Day Rehabilitation Service (DRS) Northern Adelaide Pain Rehabilitation Service Specialist outpatient clinics (including spasticity clinics, driving assessment, orthotics/ prosthetics clinics and hydrotherapy) As a Senior Manager, you'll drive excellence in rehabilitation care delivery, leading a dedicated multidisciplinary team committed to helping patients achieve their optimal recovery outcomes. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to influence strategic direction, implement innovative practices and ensure the highest standards of patient-centred care. In this role you will: provide visionary leadership for comprehensive rehabilitation services manage operational excellence across inpatient and community rehabilitation programs foster collaborative partnerships with clinical teams, allied health professionals, and community organisations drive quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice implementation oversee budget management and resource allocation mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification for one of the following Allied Health disciplines working in the service, specifically: Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia. Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers. Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of Speech Pathology Australia. Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA). Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification, usually in human movements, inclusive of the exercise physiology elective and eligible for accreditation from Exercise Sports Science Australia (ESSA). Appropriate Degree of equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
