Overview
We are looking for passionate and experienced Duty Managers to join our team at Champion Lakes Tavern in Camillo, Western Australia. As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our establishment, overseeing all aspects of our hospitality services.
Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.
* Strong bottle shop knowledge.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the hospitality team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Effectively communicate with customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth.
* Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to maintain optimal operational efficiency.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our hospitality services and customer experience.
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Duty Manager or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a high-quality hospitality experience.
* Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
* Thorough understanding of relevant liquor licensing, health, and safety regulations.
* Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
