Ready to take the lead at the front desk of one of Emerald’s most recognised accommodation venues? We’re seeking a motivated and approachable Front Office Supervisor to join the team at Maraboon Motor Inn.
What You’ll Do:
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk and leading the receptionist team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the Accommodation Manager and key departments to ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience.
About the Role:
* Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience and timely resolution of any issues.
* Lead and support the Front Office team, providing guidance and assistance.
* Manage reservations, check-ins, and overall guest flow.
* Ensure systems and records are accurate, up to date, and well maintained.
* Monitor room availability, rates, and billing to maximise occupancy and revenue.
* Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism throughout the hotel.

About You:
* Previous experience in an accommodation or front office supervisory role (or similar).
* Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organisational skills.
* Proficiency with RMS, PMS and SiteMinder is desirable.
* A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
