Position Summary:
Rise with us and take the lead in ensuring the smooth and seamless operation of our Lobby Lounge. You'll bring energy, structure and connection to the guest experience while building a collaborative and service-focused team culture.
* Review rosters & productivity
* Manage reservation systems and correspond with guests regarding enquiries and complaints
* Aid the Food & Beverage Manager with planning and implementing promotions and events
* Be able to step in operationally to cover various roles within the venue
* Communicate in a clear and effective manner, hold team accountable
* Build and maintain rapport with associates and contribute to creating a collaborative and cooperative team environment
* Drive roll-out of team trainings and maintaining staff engagement through ongoing development
* Have a regular presence in operations to ensure standards are being met
* Own BSC goals by leading the team towards achieving them
* Be a supportive and empowering leader who encourages initiative, ownership and growth
About You:
* Current RSA certificate
* Experience in a similar food & beverage leadership role
* Full Australian working rights
* Confident in managing people, service, and productivity in a busy venue
* Passionate about team development, customer service and operational excellence
