The Conjoint Senior Research Fellow (Allied Health) leads and coordinates allied health research in Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. This position facilitates research collaborations between Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service and University of the Sunshine Coast and provides specialist support in the expert construction, analysis, interpretation, and translation of allied health research.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Work collaboratively with academic colleagues at the University of the Sunshine Coast to foster excellence in research, professional activities, and policy development in SCHSCH and academic disciplines within the School of Health, University of the Sunshine Coast or other comparable organisational units.
* Promote a culture that promotes excellence in allied health research, leadership, and continuous quality improvement, to support achievement of priority outcomes relevant to Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service and within the School of Health, University of the Sunshine Coast.
* Support and contribute to competitive research grant applications.
Remuneration value up to $172,615 p.a., comprising salary between $144,991 - $151,289 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP5) (Fixed Term Temporary full time, 76 hrs p.f. position available for 2 year tenure).
