W Brisbane, located at 81 N Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000, is hiring 1st Year Apprentice Chefs. This is your chance to learn in a luxury hotel environment, gain hands-on experience, and study alongside other Marriott apprentices as part of a world-class program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist in preparing ingredients such as chopping, portioning, and storing food.
* Learn to prepare and cook dishes following recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
* Support senior chefs by ensuring all ingredients are ready and available.
* Maintain an organized workstation, restock supplies, and adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
* Participate in internationally recognized training programs by Marriott International.
