Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager, you will lead a team of 10–12 operators in a fast-paced production environment.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys balancing leadership responsibilities with day-to-day involvement on the factory floor focused on safety, compliance, quality, and output.Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily processing and blending operationsSupervise cleaning, hygiene cycles, and compliance tasks in line with audit standardsEnsure accurate documentation and use of digital scanning systemsSupport production flow and resolve any operational issues as they ariseRun daily team briefings and performance updatesLead and develop your team through coaching, onboarding, and accountabilityDrive a culture of continuous improvement and workplace safetyAbout YouYou're a confident, safety-focused team leader with a solid background in food or FMCG production.Proven experience supervising production or processing teams in a manufacturing settingKnowledge of HACCP, GMP, WHS, and other compliance requirementsStrong communication and scheduling skillsMechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindsetFamiliarity with digital tools (ERP/QAD/SCADA highly regarded)Why MOVE?At Move Recruitment Solutions, We specialise in placing talent across operations, maintenance, and technical roles.
