About the role

We are looking for a talented Business Systems Development Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Australian stores for Invoice and Credit enquiries to prevent impacts to their stores daily operations. Tracking and following up on missing documents across stores, addressing issues that could affect multiple locations and stakeholders. You will identify process gaps that may hinder business efficiency and contribute to improving overall operations.

Role Responsibilities

* Customer Support – Track and troubleshoot missing documents or system issues, seeking opportunity to train stores on best practices to reduce repeat incidents.
* Stakeholder Collaboration – Follow up stakeholders (e.g Buyers, Suppliers) to resend, amend or review their documents and gain information to close the loop on the inventory process flow (Ordering to Invoice reconciliation).
* Communication – Create internal and external communication to prepare stakeholders for updates, process changes and monitor potential issues for support post communication.
* Project Delivery – Participate in project delivery by providing subject matter expert advice on retail operations and system development for stores.
* Process Improvement – Contribute to development and testing on internal applications. Applicant must have experience with basic CW systems (MRM, MyWeb) that support inventory/stock management.
