As a Community Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in achieving our mission by providing compassionate and person-centred care to our clients.
Your Role
You will be working under the direct supervision of Registered Nurses, ensuring that care aligns with aged care quality standards while promoting independence, safety, and an improved quality of life.
* Clinical Care Delivery: You will assist with the delivery of clinical care to clients, including assessments, wound management, and medication administration.
* Assessment and Coordination: You will work with clients and their families to develop comprehensive care plans, identifying goals and outcomes that promote independence and well-being.
* Health Education: You will provide health education to clients and their carers, empowering them to manage their health and make informed decisions.
* Mentorship and Support: You will provide guidance and support to new staff members, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

What We Need from You:
* Current Enrolled Nurse qualifications with current AHPRA registration.
* Minimal 12 months clinical experience in acute or aged care sector.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Intermediate level of computer skills.
* Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills.
