Due to strong continued growth and numerous contract wins, we are now seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to support the day‐to‐day operations and provide a second‐to‐none recruitment service to our existing and new clients. This role is ideal for an experienced Recruiter who prides themselves with delivering only the best service to their clients. This is not a business development role; it is a hands‐on recruitment position, integrating with our existing staff.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the growth of our organisation with a dedicated approach to selection and recruitment.
* Roles you will be recruiting for include:
o Mechanical – HD Fitters, Auto Electricians, Boilermakers.
o Operations – Mobile Plant Operators, Jumbo Operators, Bogger Operators, Truck Drivers, Nippers, etc.
o Drilling – Drillers, Offsiders, Sample Techs, Supervisors, OH&S, etc.
o Facilities Maintenance – Carpenters, Electricians, Refrigeration Mechanics, etc.
o Facilities Management – Chefs, Kitchen Hands, Cleaner, etc.
* Preparing, writing and placing advertisements on appropriate job boards and social media targeted to the sector.
* Candidate screening, interviews, references, interview confirmations with clients & ongoing candidate care.
* Candidate pooling and market research to identify where the candidates are and what their expectations consist of.
* Ensuring our internal database is kept up to date and necessary notes and comments are added.
* Travelling to sites (Perth & Remote) with the Operations Manager & Managing Director conducting site inspections, OH&S inspections, etc.
* Establish a second‐to‐none working relationship with candidates and clients alike.
Qualifications & Attributes
* Previous recruitment experience, preferably within the above sectors.
* Highly organised and task oriented.
* Show initiative and the ability to complete tasks autonomously and make decisions.
* Strong work ethic and excellent morals and ethics towards dealing with people.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Strong computer skills.
