As a ZARA Head Cashier, you are based in the center of the action - the store! You are leading the cashier's team within the store across all departments; and ensure our customers receive the highest quality level of service.

Key Responsibilities
Leading and motivating cashier team within the store in accordance with the company's standards and guidelines
Driving sales and achieving KPI's for your department
Maintaining an up to date knowledge of products and promotions including awareness of new arrivals, best sellers and offering alternatives
Taking primary responsibility for till operations and security within the store and driving excellent customer service at the cash desk
Investigating, reporting and resolving discrepancies
Planning and managing the rosters for the cashier team
Engaging with relevant training and development of the team (as directed by management)
Skills and Experience
3 or more years' experience in delivering outstanding customer service
A minimum of 2 years cash handling & POS experience
Flexible availability to work throughout the week and weekends
Solid organizational and leadership skills
The ability to work efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a high pressure environment
The ability to motivate and train future ZARA leaders
