Location: Maitland preferred; all DPIRD office locations will be considered.
The Future Jobs and Investment Authority team are looking for a Project Manager to support strategic initiatives and governance frameworks that underpin the FJIA's operations and compliance obligations.
Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing project plans, interpreting legislation into practical governance processes, consulting with internal and external stakeholders and supporting governance reporting and documentation.
* Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
* Providing regular project updates.
* Developing and maintaining all necessary project documentation, including governance frameworks, risk registers, policy reviews and providing secretariat functions.
Qualifications
Motivated self‑starter who takes responsibility and ownership for delivering results. Strong written and verbal communication skills; advanced stakeholder management abilities across internal and external groups; and a comprehensive understanding of project governance and risk management. Required experience: Senior IC.
