The job
This is a rewarding role that offerswork-life balance, flexibility and the opportunity to further your career based in our Mandurah office.
We have Part Time and Casual opportunities available.
You’ll support participants with a range of abilities tomaintain and develop new skills, engage in community activities and build meaningful relationships. No two days are the same – you may find yourself supporting a person to go to the gym, take part in a group bowling activity, learn how to catch the bus,cook a meal or get ready for a job interview. It all depends on what they’d like to achieve.

About you
- Passionate about helping others
- Able to work autonomously
- Able to work with people with wide-ranging support needs
- Flexible andable to cope with changing demands
- Able to complete records and reports efficiently
You’ll also have or be willing to obtain:
- Workingwith Children Check
- Valid National Police Clearance of no more than 3-months old
- Provide First Aid certificate
And you’ll need:
- Appropriate right to work in Australia
- Valid WA driver’s licence
- Roadworthy, registered and comprehensively insured vehiclethat you are willing to useat work (kms will be reimbursed)
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Previous experiencesupporting people with disabilities
