* Our team is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) group in Melbourne, specialising in Data Risk, Reporting and Transformation.

Key Responsibilities
">
">
* Leverage your understanding of requirements across various regulatory Programs, including the interpretation of Prudential and reporting requirements across the delivery life cycle.
">
* Gain broad experience in risk analytics and reporting, including the ability to work with large datasets.
">
* Support delivery across a range of regulatory transformation programs, leading projects to agreed standards and timescales.
">
* Draw insights and analytics from data to inform stakeholders about changes from regulatory requirements.
">
* Design and implement data management capabilities to support data risk management.
">
* Lead/support the wider team with various business development initiatives to support the transformation of risk functions.
">
">
What We're Looking For
">
">
* 1+ years' relevant experience in Risk Analytics within Financial Services / FinTech / Consulting.
">
* Team player with strong communications and interpersonal skills, client engagement and presentation.
">
* Demonstrated success in maintaining long term client relationships and networks, in addition to cultivating business development opportunities.
">
* Ability to manage conflicting priorities, track project timelines/budget and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
">
* Experience with Australian and/or international prudential supervision, regulatory reporting, regulatory technology (RegTech), capital management, enterprise risk and risk data management.
">
* Working knowledge of coding languages desirable (e.g. SAS, Python, SQL, VBA etc.).
">
* Self-motivated, positive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute towards our dynamic team.

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
