We are looking for someone to join our venue in a full-time capacity to lead our team across our catering, beverage, gaming and events outlets at The Westport Club. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for the hospitality industry wo has a versatile leadership skill set and the ability to inspire the next generation of hospitality leaders. This is an ideal role for someone with leadership experience in a hospitality setting whether it be in a café, restaurant, bar, pub or registered club.
To be considered for the role you'll need:
* The ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience and be able to guide others to do the same
* Demonstrated hospitality leadership skills in a fast-paced venue
* Thrive in a diverse role where no two days are the same
* Ability to coach and mentor a team to achieve greatness for our community and customers
* Friendly and energetic with exceptional communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
* A passion for hospitality and a drive for personal growth in leadershipNSW RSA and RCG qualifications (or the ability to obtain these before starting)
* Flexibility as rotating rosters, split shifts, late nights, weekends and public holidays will be required.
