About the Role
We are currently looking for an Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join our Sales team to execute our growth ambitions. This will be a hybrid role managing an existing account(s) whilst using your knowledge of the Telecommunications / Consumer Retail industry or previous Account Management/BDM experience to explore new opportunities.
Experience in selling into Smartphone Open Market and/or Consumer Retail is preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities
* Achievement of sales and operational KPI's
* Build a pipeline of opportunities within your nominated customer account(s)
* Manage new projects from pipeline to product launch
* Lifecycle management of products in range
* Work with nominated accounts on channel / retailers sales activity
* Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customer
* Develop a trusted advisor relationship with your accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
* Be able to articulate key value proposition and differentiation to partners and customers
Requirements
* 2+ years of related working experiences.
* Proven ability to achieve sales and operational KPI's
* Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic industry
* Ability to deliver oral presentations to customers
* Experience working with / Selling to Australian's smartphone open market will be advantageous
* Experience working with major retailers and selling into or supporting sell out major will be advantageous
