You will lead engineering, planning, and coordination efforts from contract award through to project delivery and on-site installation.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, coordinate, monitor and adjust work activities to achieve project plans, work scopes and budgets
Provide technical advice to personnel regarding design, fabrication, construction and installation, maintenance and integrity of piping systems and infrastructure
Compile technical information and drawings for work packs, develop MTO's with an understanding of material grades and schedules
Manage procurement activities and subcontractors within project budgets, schedules and specifications
Project reporting, forecasting and costing
Project close-out activities including punch listing and MDR compilation as required
YOUR EXPERIENCE
3 years experience in multi-disciplinary project team in the Australian Energy / Oil & Gas sector
Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings and P&ID
Knowledge of engineering activities related to offshore project lifecycle, from FEED to decommissioning
Knowledge of fabrication, welding and engineering principles, including Australian and International Standards and client specifications
Knowledge of project administration principles and processes
Competency in Microsoft Excel & Project required, Primavera P6 – desirable
Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control processes
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Tertiary Qualification in Engineering discipline (Mechanical Engineering)
