We are looking for a Receptionist to join our small dental practice.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Managing a small reception area
* Answering calls and scheduling appointments
* Processing payments
* Ordering of office and surgery supplies
* Accounts and administration support
* Occasional chairside dental assisting (Experience preferred but not essential)
* Assisting with sterilisation of instruments
* Assisting with ad-hoc duties
The applicant will be a professional, friendly first point of contact for our office. They must also be responsible and punctual with good organisational and communication skills.
The successful applicant will be confident in using technology and have a high attention to detail.
A willingness to be flexible and cooperative in a small business environment is required.
Availability Mon-Fri is essential.
