Our Company BEC Engineering is a well-established and respected Electrical, Power and Control Systems Engineering Services firm located in Burswood. We are involved in a range of projects across Australia with a substantial book of projects in the pipeline. We are inviting applications for Electrical Engineers (Power System) with 3+ years of experience to join our Perth team.
The Role
The role will form part of the core professional group and will contribute strongly to the overall design capability of the team. The position is project focused and involves engineering design for the mining, minerals processing and utility sectors. The experience we are seeking includes the capability to take on a variety of roles within a project from the design and planning stages right through to finalisation and delivery.
Your Career To Date May Have Included
* Project design experience ideally in minerals processing applications, power generation, power distribution/transmission or the utility sector.
* High voltage engineering design.
* Power line design.
* Experience in Substation and Switchboard design.
* Experience in a consulting capacity.
* Experience with power simulation software.
* A willingness to perform site work and commissioning and to travel to remote locations is also required.

Key Requirements
* Electrical Engineering Degree, recognised by Engineers Australia.
* A demonstrable positive can-do attitude.

* Well developed interpersonal and communications skills - written and spoken.
