Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain brand identity systems, ensuring all creatives align with brand strategy. Create guidelines and audit brand touchpoints for consistency.
* Design end-to-end marketing assets and prepare print-ready files. Translate marketing strategies into strong visual outputs.
* Execute campaigns across digital and offline channels. Create performance creatives and optimize using data insights.
* Manage video and motion design from concept to final output. Build reusable templates and assets.
* Use AI tools for ideation and production.
* Maintain prompt libraries and apply judgment on AI usage.
* Present work clearly, incorporate feedback, and support team collaboration.
* Handle multiple projects, maintain organized files, and ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables.
Qualifications
* 3 to 4 years of full-time professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, or Visual Designer — in an agency, in-house brand team, or product studio.
* A strong, well-organised portfolio that demonstrates brand work, campaigns, and production range.
* Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
* Strong working knowledge of Figma for collaborative design.
* Demonstrable, active use of AI design tools (MidJourney, Firefly, Runway, Sora/Veo, ChatGPT, Figma AI, or equivalent).
* Proven experience designing marketing collateral, advertising creative, and video/motion work.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
