Someone who:
* Has experience running or supervising operations in a park, motel, resort, or similar setting
* Leads from the front, with a strong focus on coaching and motivating your team
* Can jump into systems like RMS or similar reservation platforms
* Understands the basics of budgeting and revenue management
* Is guest-obsessed and thrives on making people feel welcome
* Is ready to roll up your sleeves and help out where needed
* Support daily park operations, including handling after-hours callouts
* Oversee check-ins, guest accounts, and bookings
* Help manage budgets and identify revenue opportunities
* Coach and support staff to deliver amazing customer service
* Contribute ideas to boost marketing and guest numbers
