Clean+ is looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to grow our presence across Victoria. This role focuses on driving new business, expanding market share, and strengthening relationships with existing clients within the cleaning and hygiene industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow Clean+’s market footprint.
* Manage and develop strong relationships with existing clients to maximise retention and satisfaction.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory targets and KPIs.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand needs and promote solutions.
* Collaborate with the technical and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management.
* Represent Clean+ at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
About You:
* Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the cleaning chemicals, hygiene, or related sectors.
* Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and build lasting relationships.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
* Current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel throughout Victoria.
