The role of Assistant Store Manager is a key position in our retail environment. As a leader, you will support the Store Manager in guiding the team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
This role involves utilising data to inform operational decisions, working closely with the Store Manager and District Manager to develop strategies for business growth and sales conversion.

* Consistently raising the performance and capability of the team, supporting internal talent development.
* Implementing a continuous improvement mindset within the team, working collaboratively with the wider team.

A successful candidate will be passionate about leading their team to provide client-centric service, building brand loyalty, and promoting positive behaviours.
Key responsibilities include managing profit and loss, monitoring shrinkage percentages, converting sales, promoting the love brand of Sephora Collection, and forecasting sales to maximise profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognised, and enabled to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.
We are seeking an experienced retail professional with 2-3+ years' experience in store line management or multi-site experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational, analytical, and business management skills, as well as emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.

Requirements
* Passion for client service and experiential retail
* Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and business management skills
* Hands-on leadership style
* Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and ability to influence team members at all levels
* Flexible work schedule, including weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings
Our busiest days of trade are between Thursday to Sunday. The ideal candidate will be able to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times.
