Dental Boutique is opening in Melton, and we're looking for friendly, flexible Casual Dental Assistants to join our brand-new clinic. You'll support both chairside and front office operations, creating a calm and welcoming experience for every patient.
We're looking for individuals with dental assisting experience — ideally with surgical exposure — but full training will be provided. Reception or customer service experience is also a plus, as you'll have the opportunity to assist across both clinical and front office duties.
What You'll Be Doing
* Chairside assistance – supporting dentists with precision, care, and confidence.
* Room preparation & sterilisation – keeping instruments spotless and ready for each patient.
* Patient care & reception – greeting patients, managing appointments, and easing nerves.
* Team collaboration – working closely with colleagues to deliver an exceptional patient journey.
About You
* Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (or currently studying).
* Surgical assisting experience is desirable, but not essential.
* Confident communicator with a caring, positive attitude.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Flexibility to work casual hours across weekdays and weekends as needed.
