Support Worker Role
We provide support and care services to individuals with disabilities, helping them overcome daily challenges and live independently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
* Facilitate community participation, including outings and social events.
* Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
Requirements:
* Certificate III/IV in disability or community services, or equivalent experience.
* Australian work rights and current First Aid Certificate or CPR certification.
* NDIS Workers Check and NDIS Working with Children Check.
* Driver's license and access to an insured vehicle for client transportation.
* Empathy, respect, and integrity are essential traits for this role.
