We are seeking a skilled Brand and Communications Coordinator to join our team.
Job Description:
This is a permanent, full-time role based in East Perth. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow Anglicare WA's brand and support our vision of a just and fair Western Australia.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create and deliver innovative content and campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to co-manage our social media presence
* Produce and edit photos and videos
* Build a loyal online community
* Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness
Key Requirements:
* Tertiary Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design or related discipline
* 3-4 years' experience in graphic design and/or digital content creation in marketing roles
* Proven track record in designing and delivering quality marketing materials and communications across all channels and campaigns
* Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other video/editing tools
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment
* Experience in engaging with online communities through comments, shares, tags, and direct messages to build a loyal audience
* Skilled in creating engaging digital, photographic, and video content tailored for social media platforms
* Ability to monitor, evaluate, and report on social media campaign effectiveness, providing analytical insights and performance trends to inform strategy
