About the Role The Occupational Therapist (OT) role involves becoming an active member of a multidisciplinary team. This position is centred on providing evidence-based services through a flexible model that combines community-based care, telehealth, and centre-based sessions. It is a mobile position, granting the professional the flexibility to work from their home or from a clinical hub when not directly engaged with clients. Core Responsibilities The successful candidate will be tasked with a variety of clinical duties, including: Conducting assessments and delivering treatment to clients with diverse needs, spanning both paediatrics and adults. Helping clients achieve their NDIS goals and improve their functional outcomes. Performing Assistive Technology (AT) assessments and formulating tailored recommendations. Producing clear and timely reports and essential clinical documentation. Effectively managing a varied caseload while meeting established clinical targets. Collaborating closely with families, referring parties, and other key stakeholders. Actively participating in regular supervision and professional development activities.
