A Day in the Life
As a Retail Store Manager, you will have direct responsibility for:
* Leading, coaching and training a team of up to 20 members.
* Driving the Ghanda values with your store team.
* Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
* Liaising with your Stock Allocator, and working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space.
* Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & team compliance.
About You
You'll stand out if you're:
* Demonstrated leadership experience – leading from the front, empowering your team, and embodying a leadership style in line with our organisational values.
* Customer‑focused, nail fundamentals and takes retail seriously.
* Similar experience in a retail/hospitality role (though not a deal‑breaker); at Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience.
