South Burnett CTC Inc (CTC) is a not-for-profit community organisation committed to providing essential support and services to individuals and families from various backgrounds. We offer programs in Foster Care, Residential Care, Youth & Family Services, Domestic and Family Violence Services, Disability Services, and our Gumnut Place Social Enterprise.

Position Overview
The Administration Assistant plays a vital role within the Community Engagement Team, acting as the welcoming first point of contact for individuals seeking assistance. This position involves providing exceptional customer service and administrative support, ensuring that clients feel heard, valued, and supported from their initial interaction.
Working closely with the Community Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks to facilitate effective service delivery.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for helping others and a commitment to supporting community engagement.
* Experience or qualifications in business or administration
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing client information
* Client-centred approach, showcasing patience and understanding while ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of all stakeholders.
* Queensland Open Driver's Licence.
* First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.
* Working with Children Blue Card.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Salary & Benefits
This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of $34.58 per hour, in line with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (SCHADS), Social and Community Services Worker Level 2.
