Senior Audit Professional Opportunity

About the Role
* As a Senior Audit Director, you'll lead high-quality external audits across a diverse client base, providing strategic direction and technical insight.
* You'll work closely with partners, manage a high-performing team, and engage directly with Boards and Audit Committees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading multiple complex audit engagements across all phases.
* Developing strategic client relationships and contributing to business growth.
* Mentoring and developing audit talent at all levels.
* Reviewing and signing off audit reports with precision and confidence.
* Building subject matter expertise in the aged care and NFP sectors.
* Representing the organisation at industry events and forums.
Requirements
* CA/CPA qualifications (RCA accreditation highly regarded).
* 10+ years' experience in external audit within Australia.
* Strong technical knowledge of AASBs and ASAs.
* A track record of managing complex audit jobs and high-performing teams.
* A collaborative mindset with exceptional communication and stakeholder skills.
* Experience or interest in the aged care, NFP or disability services sectors.
Proficiency in CaseWare or similar audit software and a strong grasp of Microsoft Office tools are essential. A current driver's licence is also required.
