Maintain CRM quality, process consistency, and strong pipeline management across the team to ensure seamless workflow.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape sales strategy and operational direction, driving growth and excellence.
Customer Experience & Process Improvement
Enhance the customer journey end-to-end by identifying opportunities to streamline and improve processes.
Develop and implement new processes, SOPs, and improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Work with marketing to strengthen customer communications and engagement, fostering a positive brand image.
Ensure consistent standards, timely follow-ups, and seamless handovers between departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
